E. S. (2025) – Aggravated Assault
Facing: 15 Years. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury Trial. Client charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Utilized combination of security footage and well-laid traps on cross examination to destroy the credibility of primary witnesses. Jury acquitted on all charges. Not Guilty.

J. Be. (2024) – Aggravated Child Abuse

Provided the state with plausible alternate theories and presented a sympathetic client. Negotiated a plea agreement: 30 days plus probation, eligible for expungement.

M. J. (2023) – Second-Degree Murder
Facing: 40 Years. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. The client fatally stabbed a roommate. Demonstrated a history of aggression and successfully argued self-defense. The jury found the defendant Not Guilty.

S. N. (2023) – Attempted Murder
Facing: 25 Years. Result: 30 Days Jail + Probation (Expungeable)

Jury trial. Presented evidence of diminished mental capacity. Charges reduced to second-degree; sentence of 10 years with parole eligibility.

G. J. (2019) – First-Degree Murder
Facing: Life in Prison. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. Presented state’s lead witness as a credible alternative suspect. The jury concluded our client was the least likely party to have committed the murder. Not Guilty.

J. C. (2017) – Reckless Endangerment & Aggravated Assault
Facing: Six Years. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. The state offered a jail sentence and probation. We demonstrated that the alleged victim had personal grudges against the defendant, leading to exaggerated and unrealistic testimony. Once their credibility was dismantled, the jury returned a clear verdict: Not Guilty.

T. V. (2018) – Domestic Violence & Assault
Facing: One Year + Probation. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. We exposed key inconsistencies in the alleged victim’s statements and persuaded the court the altercation was mutual. Not Guilty on all charges.

C. B. (2016) – Especially Aggravated Robbery
Facing: 25 Years. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. We emphasized our client’s minor role and dismantled key portions of the state’s case. Witnesses conceded the defendant was not involved in planning the offense. Not Guilty.

D. L. (2017) – Aggravated Robbery & Aggravated Kidnapping
Facing: 25 Years (No Parole). Result: 10 Years with Parole

Jury trial. We used the court’s interpretation from White to defeat the most serious charges. The state’s offer was 15 years without parole. Final sentence: 10 years with parole eligibility.

J. B. (2015) – Aggravated Assault, Chemical Exposure, Domestic Assault
Facing: 15 Years. Verdict: Not Guilty

Jury trial. Exposed the state’s lack of technical understanding of biological evidence, resulting in judicial acquittal on that count. Jury found our client Not Guilty on all charges in under 15 minutes.

W. J. (2019) – First-Degree Murder & Felony Murder
Facing: Life in Prison. Result: Charge Reduced to Reckless Homicide

Jury trial. Client was accused of killing a child. Expert testimony supported the theory of accidental trauma. The charge was reduced to reckless homicide.
