Charges: Conspiracy to sell/deliver Cocaine
Facing: A Felony, Up to 60 years at 100% in prison
Strategy: Client was pulled over and arrested, in a school zone, with 2 kilograms of cocaine. After filing a motion to suppress the evidence due to a questionable police stop, we were able to negotiate a favorable settlement in this case.
Outcome: Reduced charge of Possession with intent, 12 years to serve at 30%.
